The Service is in open beta and provided "as is". Features may change and you may experience bugs, interruptions, or data loss. You assume all risk arising from your use during this period.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service. You retain all rights to the API specifications and data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service.
The beta is free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future with prior notice and the opportunity to accept new terms.
We will treat your uploaded API specifications as confidential and use them only to provide the Service, except where disclosure is required by law.
You may choose to provide feedback or suggestions. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback without restriction.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to the Service.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
